Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
